FISH SOUP

INGREDIENTS FOR FISH SOUP:

1) Fish - 1/2kg.
2) Tamarind - full hand.
3) Chilly powder - 5 tbs.
4) Turmeric powder - 2tbs.
5) Salt - to taste.
6) Oil - to pop.
7) Mustered seeds - 2tbs.
8) Danya - 2tbs.
9) Jeera - 2 tbs.
10) Garlic - 4 pieces.
11) Red chillies - 4 pieces.
12) Curry leaves - 10peices.
13) Onions - 2.

Coconut paste:

1) Coconut 100 grams as a Powder.
2) Danya Powder - 4 tbs.
3) Curry leaves - some.
4) jeera - 5 tbs.

HOW TO PREPARE FISH SOUP:

1) Soak Tamarind in a water for juice of tamarind.
2) Grind Coconut, Danya Powder,jeera,curry leaves for paste.
3) Put oil in a pan after heating oil put mustered seeds,danya,jeera,smashed garlic,chillies,curry leaves,Onions,Fish pieces,chilly powder,coconut paste,tamarind juice,Onions and water cook for 15 minutes.
4) Serve fish soup with rice.
